Job Description
Join Ares' real estate private equity team as an Associate, responsible for underwriting and financially analyzing real estate investments, and assisting in asset management and sale of the Fund's investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 2-4 years of finance experience in real estate investment banking or real estate private equity
- Expertise in Excel, ARGUS proficiency helpful
- Self-motivated and driven, ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Expertise in PowerPoint
- Creative problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and impeccable integrity
