Job Description
Arete Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to support the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Traffic Section staff in router/switch hardware replacement, maintenance and support, system integration, and communication peripherals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in computer hardware implementation, troubleshooting, and support
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux platform operations, hardware/software functions and capabilities
- Prior experience in estimating and scheduling own work under minimal supervision
- Proven track record of resolving all assigned issues in accordance with established service level agreements
- Prior experience documenting configurations/processes/troubleshooting efforts
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced team environment
