The Counsel will draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts and advise management on business transactions involving customers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction.
• A minimum of two years of legal experience is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, capital equipment procurement agreements, or power purchase agreements.
• Strong understanding of the laws in areas of expertise and proficient in their interpretation and application.
• Experience managing commercial disputes.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle heavy workload, critical time constraints, multiple project responsibilities and continually changing priorities.
