The Manager Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective management, planning, and execution of maintenance activities for all electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, ensuring uninterrupted production processes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for EIA installations;
- Coordinate fault analysis and implement long-term solutions (root cause analysis);
- Lead the maintenance team, including capacity planning, coaching, and skills development;
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ATEX, NEN, IEC);
- Manage SECE according to Seveso standard (Hazop, LOPA, LOD);
- Optimise maintenance processes through TPM, RCM, or predictive maintenance strategies;
- Manage maintenance budgets and monitor costs;
- Evaluate and select external maintenance contractors and suppliers;
- Document all maintenance activities in a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
- Advise on replacement investments and modernisation of equipment and systems;
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and work outside regular office hours when required.
