Team Leader

Requirements

• Monitor plant performance and communicate actions to shift personnel to ensure KPIs are met.
• Drive SHEQ compliance by driving high standards for housekeeping, and ensures issues and events are raised and actioned.
• Train and develop the team to ensure they are fully competent and kept up to date with business developments.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including logs, shift handovers, and incident reports.
• Monitor plant equipment and materials to ensure they are in good condition and stored correctly.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them promptly, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Manage all HR related matters to optimise your teams performance in line with HR policies.
