Job Description
Join argenx as a Biomarker Data Scientist and contribute to the transformation of immunology and delivery of medicines for autoimmune patients. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team on clinical development of therapeutic antibodies and contribute to the build-out of the Translational Data Science team.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience in clinical development
- Expert R & Bioconductor skills
- Python and SAS proficiency
- Expertise in surrogate markers, diagnostic, prognostic, pharmacodynamic and response predictive biomarker methods
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, CDISC standards and submission metadata, data engineering patterns for analytics readiness
