Job Description
Join argenx as a Finance Business Partner R&D to transform immunology and deliver medicines for autoimmune patients. You will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC), and Asset development teams, translating complex drug development activity into financial clarity and guiding investment decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partnering experience
- Deep working knowledge of the drug development process
- Proven track record as a finance partner who influences decisions
- Experience managing complex R&D budgets
- Proficiency with EPM/ERP tools (Oracle EPM/PPM a strong plus)
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
