Home Health - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Provides occupational therapy services in clients' homes as prescribed by the physician and offers consultation and education to agency staff. Conducts initial and ongoing evaluations, develops and updates care plans, and identifies barriers to provide treatment and education.

Requirements

• Active Colorado OT license
• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Experience in Home Health preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
