Requirements

• Journeyman Carpenter / Apprentice Carpenter
• First Aid certification
• Valid trade license
• Ability to travel frequently with projects
• Red Seal Endorsement
• Ability to work effectively with team members
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Act professionally and in a trustworthy and respectful manner
• High Standard of ethical conduct
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small group situations to other employees
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
