Lead technical writer for the Data Center Colocation and Migration Project, responsible for documentation and governance processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV, QA, PROD)
- Proven experience preparing BOMs, system architecture documentation, and operational runbooks
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, protocols, firewalls)
- Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
