Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing and guiding a group of artists or individual contributors within a mobile game publishing company
• Established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context
• Solid knowledge and experience in the social casino market
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in illustration, graphic build, or a related field
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational capabilities featuring careful attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks at once
• Strong time management skills and flexible work approach
• Strong ability to recognize style, visual composition, and maintain attention to detail
• Be comfortable with a flexible and hard-working environment
