Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of a team with employees across the United States and Canada, providing technical support to drive the success of our customers at Aristocrat Gaming. You will troubleshoot, convert, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record
• Able to acquire a gaming license as required
• Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory
• Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive
• Passion for technology and solving problems
