Senior Game Economy Manager

Are you a skilled game economist with at least 2 years of experience in crafting, analyzing, and coordinating economies in the gaming industry? We're looking for a Sr. Game Economy Manager to join our major game management team and advise, strategize, and optimize the economy of one of our top-grossing games. You will be crucial to the success of our games and work closely with our product, game ops, and data teams to design and balance the economy of our games and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the field of game economy
• Good understanding of behavioural economics and motivational theories
• Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas
• A proven understanding of SQL
• Possessing a solid grasp of numerical simulation methods and their applications (such as Monte Carlo, Metropolis-Hastings, etc.) is beneficial
• Intermediate Python or R is an advantage
• Great personal communication skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Highly curious problem solver
• Collaborator leadership skills
• Ability to switch context quickly
