Job Description
Arizona Clinical Trials is seeking a Research Laboratory Manager to lead clinical research laboratories and lab personnel across multiple locations in the Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Tucson area. The successful candidate will provide leadership oversight for Research Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing and Send outs, and ensure the highest standards of scientific excellence.
Requirements
- Leadership oversight for Research Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing and Send outs
- Interview, hire and supervise lab staff
- Review and approve timecards in a timely manner
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Travel on-site as needed
- Standardize workflow across all locations
- Research, purchase, and track laboratory equipment
- Identify and implement quality and productivity related initiatives
