Staff Systems Engineer (TS/SCI) {S}

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (TS/SCI) to work closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. The position will primarily support the operations for a software system.

Requirements

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams
• Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.
• Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events
• Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions
• Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
• Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards
• Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation
• Supporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding
