Job Description
The Instructional Liaison at AQT will provide guidance to cohorts who have been charged with a crime or are demonstrating pre-delinquent behaviors, helping them gain employment and skills through on-the-job experience and resources. The role involves assessing needs, providing interventions, and maintaining accurate records while educating cohorts on available community programs.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm in difficult situations and inform/educate troubled youth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- High School Diploma
