Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to work with a Non-Profit Organization in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves accounting and finance operations, supporting the Controller, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of three years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and related formulas)
- Experience with accounting software and a sound understanding of GAAP principles
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with excellent time management skills
