Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a premier Arkansas-based retail company. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership in shaping financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Lead financial analysis efforts, including detailed forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor, analyze, and project cash flow to ensure effective liquidity and capital planning for company operations.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages in coordination with the Controller and CFO for executive review.
• Perform ongoing operational and financial analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement or cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine forecasting accuracy and integrate financial insights into operational plans.
• Support annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
