Job Description
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer role at Bostik involves promoting safety culture, identifying and translating potential improvements, and implementing policies related to health, environment, and safety. The position requires a higher education work and thinking level, experience with HSE improvement projects, and knowledge of MS Office and HSE management systems. The HSE Officer will work with the team to provide follow-up and conduct training sessions, raise awareness among colleagues, and improve safety awareness on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Higher education work and thinking level
- Completed MVK education
- Experience with implementing HSE improvement projects
- Work experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment at a chemical manufacturer
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office and HSE management systems
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
