Production Operator - Rotating Day Shift Job

Bostik Middleton is hiring Production Operator - Rotating Day Shift. Responsible for safe operation of manufacturing operation and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Assists in updating documentation and works collaboratively with fellow operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward collaboration
• Open to change and able to adapt to new processes and work practices
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
