Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
- Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
