MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Join Arlington Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician and be part of a team that helps residents feel right at home. As a Maintenance Service Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping the properties in great condition, performing general maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
