Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

Arlon Graphics is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support our manufacturing facility in Placentia, CA, driving continuous improvement, supporting production and maintenance operations, and ensuring the reliability and advancement of plant systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong background in continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 production setting
• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• CAD experience preferred
• Flexible schedule, including nights/weekends as needed
