Job Description
We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for helping ensure IT systems and solutions meet business needs. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, leading requirements elicitation, and translating business needs into clear requirements. This is a Pittsburgh-based hybrid role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related IT/business field
- Experience in business analysis, IT, or operational support role with a proven record of success
- Strong business process analysis and mapping skills, with experience driving process improvement
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills applied to real world business and technology problems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills in fast moving environments
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and lead through influence rather than authority
