Job Description
The After-School Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating the school bus on an on-call basis, ensuring the safety and security of students, and maintaining order on the bus. The driver must have a Class C Commercial Driver’s License with the Passenger Endorsement and a current CPR/ First Aid Certificate.
Requirements
- At least two years of school bus driving experience for either a school district or other youth-related organization
- Mandatory twenty hours of classroom instruction and twenty hours of behind-the-wheel bus training
- Class C Commercial Driver’s License with the Passenger Endorsement
- Current CPR/ First Aid Certificate
