Job Description
The Child and Youth Program Assistant-Supervisory position is responsible for providing care and instruction for children and youth, supervising other Child and Youth Professionals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants.
Requirements
- Provides care and supervision for children and youth participants
- Maintains control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of participants
- Supervises participants during daily activities and field trips
- Implements and leads planned activities and special events
- Responsible for the supervision of employees and volunteers
