Job Description
Child Care Teacher Assistant Full Time, providing a learning environment, ensuring health and safety, and offering resources and support to families.
Requirements
- Participate in on-going assessments of children
- Provide a developmentally appropriate environment
- Assist with the implementation of daily programs
- Support the social and emotional development of each child
- Encourage positive guidance
- Support the home language, culture, and family composition of each child
- Maintain accurate emergency contact information
- Respond to emergency situations
- Assist with the nutritional aspects of the program
- Follow the ELM curriculum
- Attend all scheduled staff development days
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned
