Job Description
Armis is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a seamless extension of the CEO, building deep trust and maintaining a consistent, professional tone every day. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an EA to a C-level executive in a global, fast-paced environment, native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English, and strong business acumen.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA to a C-level executive in a global, fast-paced environment
- Native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to differentiate between urgent and important tasks
- Exceptional EQ and diplomacy to interact with Board members, senior executives, and employees globally
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive company information
- Expert-level command of Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and expense management tools
