Product Support Sales Position (MH) responsible for working with customers to create parts, labor, and equipment sales opportunities, while assisting with more efficient and cost effective operating conditions.

Requirements

• Acting as a liaison between the customer and dealership
• Promoting and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the enhancement of labor and parts sales
• Writing up, monitoring, reviewing and assisting of job closing as needed by Service Writer(s)
