Job Description
Aro Homes is seeking a Product Launch Process Engineer Site to lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and provide ongoing support for lean process development. The role focuses on facilitating the optimization of production processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless cross-functional product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or lean manufacturing within a production environment.
- Proven expertise in applying lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and Agile principles to improve operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CAD systems, manufacturing software, and process mapping tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff effectively.
- Experience with Jira or Agile project management is a plus.
- Experience in off-site construction or modular building a plus.
