Deployment Strategist

Arondite is a defence technology company building foundational software and AI to power the autonomous age. As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the planning and execution of implementing our technology with customers, collaborating with frontline users to ensure effective, safe, and impactful deployment. You will have ownership and autonomy from Day One, directly influencing the design, functionality, and direction of Arondite's product offering.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency and sharp sequencing instincts
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent decision-making under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your time
• Experience in defence or defence technology (ideally)
• Basic programming ability, such as python or bash scripts, or command-line / terminal familiarity (ideally)
