Job Description
ARQTERIA, an architecture and planning company, is seeking a Technical Architect to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a solid background in technical architecture, reviewing and coordinating architectural projects, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Review and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to evaluate project viability
- Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and manage budgets and work schedules
- Experience in Safety and Health Coordination (CSS) and document management in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL)
- Management and processing of subventions and funds NEXT GEN
- Experience with Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Construction
- Experience in all public administration, processing of licenses, work act, and follow-up
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
