Job Description
Arquitectonica is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join their team in Miami, FL. The role involves independently developing and coordinating interior design packages from concept through detailed design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture
- Expert level proficiency in Revit/BIM literacy
- 4 - 8 years of experience with demonstrated leadership delivering complex interior projects
- Advanced communication, client management, and negotiation skills
- Strong detailing and specification capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of codes, accessibility, sustainability, and authority approvals
