Marketing Manager

Arquitectonica is seeking an experienced marketing manager with 5-7 years’ experience in the AEC Market to join our team in our Miami office.

Requirements

• Prospecting, tracking, reporting of business leads
• Researching potential pursuits and leads
• Tracking and maintaining pre-qualifications, IDIQs, registrations
• Working with Principals and senior staff to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations
• Consultant coordination and management during the pursuit process
• Preparing tailored brochures and other marketing materials for new clients or work
• Preparing and updating corporate collateral (resumes, brochures, etc.)
• Research, design, write and produce marketing materials, specific to project pursuits in alignment with the firm’s brand
• Manage the firm’s CRM System as it relates to pursuits and new business
