Job Description
Join Arquitectonica as a Senior Project Architect with 10+ years’ experience. Responsibilities include leading the production of contract documents, communicating with project teams, and evaluating plans and specifications.
Requirements
- Licensed architect with 10 years minimum post-grad experience in architecture
- Experience as a Project Architect on several completed projects, from conception through completion. Multi-family experience is required.
- Experience with full-service construction documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail on all project related tasks
- QA/ QC experience
- Ability to travel as required
