Asset Manager

Role Overview

As an Asset Manager with Array Digital Infrastructure, you'll be the steward of our long-term real estate interests, building strong partnerships with landlords, negotiating lease extensions and amendments, and securing land and easements to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, negotiate and execute real estate documents, collaborate with the internal legal team, and review and approve real estate-related contracts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, or management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. You'll have the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a variety of internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience at a wireless carrier, tower company, or real estate acquisition/broker/leasing/management company
• Site Acquisition or Site Development experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate successfully with a variety of internal and external clients and business partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong depth of experience in business communications across a diverse range of people
• Familiarity with real estate documents, negotiating contracts, project management and financial reporting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
