Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager with Array Digital Infrastructure, you’ll be the steward of our long‐term real estate interests—building strong partnerships with landlords, negotiating lease extensions and amendments that protect and advance our business needs, and securing the land and easements that keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords
• Negotiate ground lease agreements, easement purchase agreements and other ancillary real estate documents
• Collaborate with the internal legal team on real estate-related contracts
• Review and approve, where necessary, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, surveys, legal descriptions, title policies and subordination agreements
• Negotiate permanent rent restructurings, conditional rent reductions and new lease terms on an as-needed basis
• Assist with other real estate projects as needed
