Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will lead the asset management team at a privately held Real Estate Investment Firm, managing a large portfolio of assets, optimizing value, and streamlining operational aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or similar field
• 7-10+ years of experience in real estate and/or Asset Management
• Highly proficient in achieving results and independently assessing opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to lead others, meet deadlines, synthesize takeaways
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity
• Excellent written communication skills
