Array Marketing is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to launch a new high-growth temporary display business line focused on corrugated and semi-permanent retail displays. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of structural engineering and project/vendor management, translating creative concepts into cost-efficient, manufacturable packaging and display solutions.

Requirements

• Background in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in packaging or structural design
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD (Ardeos), AutoCAD, or equivalent platforms
