Production Technician | Team Lead Masking

A Production Technician Team Lead of Masking is accountable for job setup, inspections, first article creation and development, as well as processing customer parts per customer requirements while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rate requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be a Citizen of the United States of America or have a current Green Card
• General knowledge of department terminology
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality
• General computer skills and the ability to work with basic computer programs
• Ability to train and develop others to meet company goals and objectives
• Ability to operate a forklift throughout workday
• Ability to balance workload effectively and stay organized
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions
• Ability to work and collaborate with others respectfully and professionally
• Ability to be dependable and punctual, work overtime as needed
• Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to use hand tools requiring using fine dexterity and precision
• Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, and bending for 8 hours as the position requires
• Ability to withstand occasional odors
