Arrow Sales Director (Full Time)

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to develop close relationships with potential residents and families. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving occupancy and gross and net gains in community occupancy, as well as ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• English proficiency at a 12th grade level
• Criminal clearance
• Good physical and mental health
