General Manager

Reporting directly to the President, the General Manager champions the company’s operational and financial success. This senior leadership role integrates strategic vision with hands-on execution across civil construction and telecommunications.

Requirements

• 10+ years in civil construction or telecom infrastructure, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business (or equivalent industry experience)
• Operational Expertise: Strong background in drilling, foundation work, and heavy civil construction methods
• Financial Acumen: Proven P&L ownership with expertise in budgeting, job costing, and WIP reporting
• Pre-construction & Growth: Demonstrated success in estimating, contract negotiation, and winning new business
• Leadership: Expert at managing diverse field and office teams while fostering a high-performance culture
• Technical Skills: Proficient in construction-specific project management and estimating software
