Lead and execute quality improvement initiatives, track and analyze quality metrics, maintain the Quality Management System, and manage customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Ceramics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of quality engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership/management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience as a lead auditor.
- Experience with PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and inspection planning.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills; ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments; minimal travel required.
