Role Overview

Join RS Andrews of Tidewater, part of American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, employing more than 7,000 professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to support our service leadership team and help manage day-to-day operations for our residential HVAC service technicians.

What You Will Do

Assist with managing the service team and supporting the daily operations of the HVAC service department. Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Requirements

• Vocational training or equivalent HVAC experience
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service field supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial awareness
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, service operations, and technician workflow
