HVAC Field Supervisor

Role Overview

Anthony's is seeking a strong, experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our residential HVAC operations. This role is ideal for a proven technician-leader who brings deep technical expertise along with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

Supervise and support residential HVAC service and installation technicians in the field, conduct ride-alongs, jobsite visits, and performance evaluations, and ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Anthony's quality standards.

7+ years of residential HVAC experience, including leadership or lead-technician responsibilities, strong technical knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls, and proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (NATE preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
• Solid understanding of diagnostics, airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
• Strong organizational skills and sound decision-making ability
• Clear, professional communicator who remains calm under pressure
• Customer-first mentality with high emotional intelligence
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
