HVAC Field Supervisor

Role Overview

Oceanside Services is seeking a strong, experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our residential HVAC operations. This role is ideal for a proven technician-leader who combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold crews to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

Supervise and support residential HVAC service and installation technicians in the field, conduct ride-alongs, jobsite visits, and performance evaluations, and ensure work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Oceanside Services' quality standards.

7+ years of residential HVAC experience, including leadership or lead-tech responsibilities, strong technical background in gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls, and proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Leadership or lead-tech responsibilities
• EPA certification (NATE preferred)
• Strong technical background in gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
• Solid understanding of diagnostics, airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Clear, professional communicator—calm under pressure
• Customer-first mindset with high emotional intelligence
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
