Supervisor, Field Operations

Role Overview

Supervises technicians and helpers who install, maintain, and service residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Oversees daily work, ensures adequate staffing, and assists technicians with unusual assignments. Trains and coaches employees, ensures safety rules are followed, and conducts quality-control checks.

What You Will Do

Reviews upcoming work, schedules technicians, conducts meetings, assists with major assignments, conducts quality-control reviews, trains employees, and ensures excellent customer service.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires leadership skills, technical training certification, and experience in HVAC. Must possess valid licensing or certification, EPA and safety certifications, and advanced skills in servicing HVAC equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification
• Demonstrated basic leadership skills
• EPA and safety certifications
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
