Field Supervisor

Role Overview

Manages production of installers and helpers who install, maintain, and service residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees daily work, ensures adequate staffing, and assists technicians with unusual assignments. Trains and coaches employees, ensures safety rules are followed, and conducts quality-control checks.

What You Will Do

Manage production schedule, create job folders, process job folders, collect and submit timesheets, verify permits, work with vendors and customers, track technician performance, and conduct regular meetings with technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Additional training in HVAC with NATE certification preferred
• Five years experience servicing or installing residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
• Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations
• Demonstrated basic leadership skills
• Ability to train others in technical skills and effective customer service
• Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues
• Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
