Job Description
This role entails overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement principles in a manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico. The CI Manager will collaborate with the Plant Manager and Monterrey Project team to identify and prioritize opportunities, and oversee specific improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer metrics, cost reduction, safety improvement, quality enhancement, and working capital reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Engineering
- 5+ years of Leadership experience and in process optimization, operations, or business management
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, production, and information systems
- Demonstrated use of analytics and metric alignment in continuous improvement
- Competency-based use of lean methodology (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, etc.)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
