Job Description
As the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance and engineering activities at our facilities. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a strong background in the automotive or manufacturing industry, as well as deep technical knowledge across a variety of areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Solid technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, power electricity, and service equipment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership, initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
